As part of our acquisitions and dispositions practice, we also negotiate property management agreements, brokerage and leasing agreements and asset management agreements. We advise our clients of the most beneficial ways to structure their transactions. Many of these transactions also involve seller financing, leasebacks and like-kind exchanges.
